Dear viewers, My name is Shay Atzmon, I have a Bachelor degree in physical education, specializing in sport with physical disabilities and a Master degree in Business Administration. For the past 20 years, I’ve been working with Parkinson patients, in gyms, in therapeutic pools and especially at their homes, knowing that Physical activity on a regular basis can slow down the deterioration of the symptoms and maximize the positive effects of medication. In addition, it is proven that physical activity improves the patients' mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength.
